He knew the comfort of a warm bed, a full bowl, and a person who loved him, until one day, that same owner heartlessly abandoned him to the streets. Lost, confused, and unprepared for the harsh reality of survival, Ramsey wandered aimlessly. Then, tragedy struck. Ramsey was hit by a car, leaving him with a painful leg fracture. Miraculously, he survived the impact, but his condition was dire. Barely able to stand on his mangled leg, Ramsey’s chances of survival were slipping away by the hour. Thankfully, help arrived just in time. Today, Ramsey is safe and finally receiving the life-saving medical care he desperately needs. But our rescue wasn’t prepared to take in another severely injured dog, and the cost of his treatment has already taken a heavy toll on our limited resources.
