Korean Navy Boot Camp Day 2: “The hardest thing I’ve ever done”

Today we start the day at 5am. After the morning workout, the boys are thrown straight into the deep-end, to do "basic training", which, to us seemed more than "basic". Several of the boys described the day as the "hardest day of their lives'" and they each had different reasons for it. How did the boys cope with the physical, psychological challenge?
