These 5 things will work for you too ⤵ Make sure to SAVE 📌 ✅ Lower your expectations for how long your workout needs to be. 10 minutes in the morning, lunchtime, and evening add up to 30 mins! It’s better to keep your body in motion than to stop altogether. Keep the momentum going with exercise “snacks” throughout the day ✅ Invest in your goals. For me, I don’t value free things. If I need to hold myself accountable, I gotta invest in it. That might look like joining an online program, investing in a fancy gym membership, or whatever you feel will help you show up. ✅ I changed my identity. Big topic.. but I literally had to step into the mindset of the version of myself that I wanted to become. I asked myself “what would SHE do today?” That helped me get my mindset in the right place to show up even when I didn’t feel like it. ✅ I made sure I was doing workouts I actually enjoyed. If it feels like punishment or a chore, I’m not gonna wanna do it. This is why I create fun, short, and effective workouts that leave you sweaty AND smiling! ✅ Establishing a solid morning routine. Getting it done first thing removes excuses and distractions. Which means yes, you may need to wake up earlier and go to bed earlier!
