Tata Punch gets turbo power! | Drive Review | evo India

The 2026 Tata Punch facelift is here, and it’s more than just a cosmetic update. For the first time, the Punch gets a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine (borrowed from the Nexon) putting out 118bhp and 170Nm, making this the quickest Tata Punch yet, with a claimed 0–100kmph in 11.1 seconds. Beyond the new engine, Tata has also modernised the Punch with a fresher design featuring new DRLs, vertically stacked headlamps and connected LED tail lamps, while the cabin gets a big upgrade with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone connectivity, 360-degree camera, ambient lighting, wireless charging, Type-C ports and a new digital cluster.
