Prof. Shaul Kelner: Antizionist violence is just as bad as antisemitic violence

Professor Shaul Kelner, author and associate professor of Jewish Studies and Sociology, argues that we spend too much time debating whether antizionism is antisemitism instead of confronting the anti-Jewish violence carried out in antizionism's name. Speaking with David L. Bernstein on his podcast The Contrarian, Kelner says, antisemitism and antizionism stem from analytically distinct political traditions, and arguing over labels is "wasting our time, and theirs." So what should we say instead? "This is antizionist violence and it's just as bad as antisemitic violence. Actually, in a lot of ways… right now [it's] actually worse."
