The best shawarma of my life! 🌯🇦🇪 Found this gem in Dubai: @shawarma_set_alsham, specializing in incredible Syrian cuisine. We started with a massive spread of appetizers: ✨ The beetroot hummus was next level 💖 ✨ Finally tried bell pepper hummus (hooked!) 🌶️ ✨ Classic Kibbeh with pomegranate molasses... I need a bucket of that sauce! 🍯 But the real star? The SHAWARMA. 🏆 Silky garlic sauce, crispy thin bread, and chicken that was perfectly crunchy on the outside and super juicy inside. Literally 10/10. We also tried: 🥩 The daily Ribeye (a bit overcooked for me) 🍕 The "Shawarma Pizza" – basically a Shawarma-Philly Cheesesteak hybrid!
