The country’s power supply has suffered tremendously since Trump ratcheted up the suffocating blockade of the island, depriving Cuba of fuel and causing widespread suffering. It's all part of a plan led by Trump’s inner circle to turn Cuba into another place they and their oligarch friends can turn a profit.
