Salted Caramel Dip Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened ½ cup brown sugar 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup salted caramel syrup For serving: fresh apple slices, graham crackers For topping (optional): Additional caramel drizzle, coarse sea salt Instructions: To a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract and caramel syrup. Whip until well combined. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
