After years working primarily in advertising, returning to narrative filmmaking meant confronting the fear that comes with total creative control — a theme that sits at the heart of this story. The film tackles porn addiction, an issue I believe is far more widespread and damaging than it’s given credit for, yet rarely addressed openly.
