God Uses Texas Family Amid Devastating Floods

While central Texas continues to recover from the devastating July 4 floods, crisis-trained chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team are continuing to share the hope of Christ, offering support and hearing many stories of how God has been present amid crisis.
