How SPECIAL is Dutch Frikandel Speciaal?

In this video, I've talked only English since I do not speak English a lot these days and I want to keep up with it or even improve so I thought it might help. However, if you feel inconvenience with me speaking English, let me know since obviously it isn't great and I can not tell express 100% of what I would have been able to express in Japanese.
