- 1 green chili

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ¾ cup broth

*1. Make the filling*
Soak the dry corn husks in water for 30-60 minutes while you prepare the filling. Cook the chicken breasts in a heated skillet and shred finely. Then, in a food processor, pulse the tomatoes, onion, garlic, green chili, cumin, oregano, and ¾ cup broth into a smooth sauce. Add the sauce to the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
*2. Make the masa*
Add the masa harina (corn flour), baking powder, salt, and lard to a large mixing bowl and mix together by hand. Gradually stir in 2½ cups of broth until the dough softens and comes together in a sticky paste.
