Description
This is one of three locomotives built in Wellington by the Mill Lion Foundry , and these were the first Locomotives to be built in New Zealand and originally ran on Wooden Rails between Palmerston North and Foxton .
At end of it's life it was used to help Build the South Mole at the end of The Whanaganui River and when finished it was left there in the 1900's .
