Miris vadi Soak 3/4 Cup / 150 gms Moong Daal 2-3 hours. (Remove 2Tbsp Aside to add later) To Soaked Moong Daal, Add 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Small Pc Ginger & Grind it into a paste. Now, With the help of a spoon, Mix the batter well so it becomes light and fluffy. Then add, Soaked Moong Daal 2 Tbsp Sooji Salt 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds Coriander Leaves Mix well. Cover and let this rest for 15-20 mins. Then add 2 Tbsp Chopped onions to this and mix well. Place green chilli (Light green one, less spicer) in the middle of the batter. Coat it and fry it in hot oil. Keep the flame from medium to low to make sure it cooks thoroughly. Serve with ketchup, chutney and enjoy ❤️
