One of my favourite parts of textured art is mixing colours myself. When you understand how colours work, you stop buying 47 different paint tubes… and you start creating your own colours (and naming them, obviously 😂). I’ve been obsessed with colour this year, every time I mix a new colour I love, it gets its own name and a little recipe note in my palette book. Because mixing the perfect colour and then forgetting the recipe? Pure torture. Learning colour theory doesn’t just save you money… It gives you way more freedom, way better results, and honestly?
