Taste an Abscess!

We were bull testing when this bull was presented to us. He had a history of growing abscesses, mostly on his head, presumably from fighting. We drained this large abscess, flushed it thoroughly with dilute betadyne, and administered long acting Oxytetracycline and Meloxicam. This video does a good job of demonstrating adequate restraint (metal halter), distraction (Easy Boss E), irrigation with a silver drenching pump, and establishing proper drainage.
