Matcha Talks | Navigating Pregnancy Loss.... | Episode 1 Hello my loves, This week marks the start of something I have been working on for a while , a new series called Matcha Talks. I actually didn’t plan for the first episode to be such a personal one, but I felt called to share. Over the past few weeks, I’ve gone through something deeply personal, a pregnancy loss, and it’s been one of the hardest experiences of my life. When I decided to open up about it, I never could’ve imagined the wave of love, support, and stories that came back to me. So many women , followers, friends, even people I’ve never met, reached out to share their own journeys. It reminded me how powerful vulnerability can be, and how healing it is when we talk about the things that often stay in the dark. The past days have been filled with emotion, reflection, and slow moments of healing. Conversations with friends, quiet mornings with matcha, long beach walks - all have reminded me that healing doesn’t happen all at once, but little by little. Matcha Talks will be a space for just that: honest conversations. Each week, I’ll sit down with friends, wellness experts, and inspiring voices to talk about everything from women’s health to holistic well-being and the personal stories that shape who we are.
