Hi Guys! Husband has been out since 5.30ish AM, pushing snow 😵‍💫 Did see there would be flurries for Tuesday and Wednesday, but we went to bed with nothing going on last night. Surpriiiisseee, said the flurries. Must have fallen while we were sleeping 😅 For 2 days now, my husband has been the one cooking dinner for us. He is a great housemaid sometimes 😁 However for baking, still myself. I hope this will keep up, I don't have to worry about dinner, just sweet baking(s), as I prefer sugar and flour, than rice, I suppose 😅 Anyhoo. Muffins time! 2 c flour 1 tbsp BP A pinch of salt 1/2 c pure cane brown sugar 3 tbsp cocoa powder 3 banana 2 eggs 6 tbsp peanut oil 6 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp sugar Grated lemon peel 6 cubes white chocolate
