National HRO 500 Receiver Video #1 - Will It Work?

This very complex HRO 500 receiver has stopped working, almost. The synthesizer tuning will not lock and without that, the radio cannot receive. This is the heart of the 60 band local oscillator system that makes this radio so special. Because the trouble with the radio is intermittent, it may or may not come to life on my bench despite my efforts.
