Instead of the broth, the noodles a tossed in the flavourful seasoning. And THIS particular style of seasoning - tom yum - is my favourite. It's not "tom yum soup" with lemongrass and all the herbs, tom yum noodles are hot and sour noodles with fresh lime juice, roasted chilies, peanuts, and ground pork. Thais LOVE their tom yum noodles! Without the broth, this recipe is extra easy to make at home and you get to pretend to be a street vendor...it is super fun!
