Eastern Cape Ambulance Crisis | Sirens that can't be heard

The siren of an ambulance often gives the family and friends of someone in pain hope that help is on the way, but this is not the case in many Eastern Cape communities. The whole province of over seven million people only operates with 130 Emergency Medical Service vehicles, several hundred short of what is needed.
