Fractured Pedal Bone in 6 Month old Thoroughbred Filly

6 month old Thoroghbred Filly presented with pastern swelling and lameness. Radiographs were taken with diagnosis of pedal bone fracture. Dr Louise asked Erin the Farrier to assist with the case. A cast has been applied with a revisist in 4 weeks and then re xray in 3 months time.
