Apple marshmallow 😳 #shorts

🛒 Ingredients • 5 medium yellow apples (peeled & cored) • 1 small carrot • juice of 1 orange • 280 ml aquafaba • 9 g agar agar powder (≈ 1½ level tbsp) Optional (recommended): • 1 tsp lemon juice (improves flavour + stability) 1️⃣ Cook apples + carrot + orange juice for 10–15 min until soft Blend smooth, then cook 2–3 more min until thick puree (not watery) Optional: add a little lemon juice 2️⃣ Add 9 g agar agar → either sprinkle directly → or bloom 5–10 min in 100 ml water first Bring to a full boil for 2–3 min to activate 3️⃣ Whip 280 ml aquafaba + a little lemon juice until stiff, glossy peaks (7–10 min) 4️⃣ With mixer on medium, slowly stream in the hot fruit mixture Keep whipping 3–5 min → it becomes fluffy, airy & mousse-like 5️⃣ Quickly pour into a lined tray (agar sets fast) Set 30–60 min room temp or 20–30 min fridge 6️⃣ Cut into cubes or pipe shapes ✨ Optional finish: 🥥 coconut 🍓 fruit powder 🍫 dark chocolate dip
