Long Ears, Sharp Lens: Shirley & The R5 II

We’re putting the Canon R5 II through its paces in the garden today with Buddy the Basset. For this shoot, I’ve paired the new body with the classic Canon EF 28-90mm lens! This lens has some real history—it was first launched back in September 2000. It’s amazing to see how well it still performs on a modern powerhouse like the R5 II. The animal eye detection is absolutely nailing those soulful eyes, even through the garden flowers
