👍 1939 Maserati 4CL sound at Monaco #shorts

Here we see LMP2 driver Richard Bradley behind the wheel of the 1939 Maserati 4CL (chassis 1566) during the 2026 Grand Prix de Monaco Historique. During bench testing of the 1.5-litre supercharged four-cylinder engine, tuners developed approximately 280 hp at 8,000 rpm. Originally, in the 1930s, power output was around 220 hp, but thanks to modern tolerances and the efficiency of specialised lubricants and fuels, this figure is now achievable. Durante i test al banco del motore a 4 cilindri da 1,5 litri sovralimentato, i preparatori sono riusciti a sviluppare circa 280 CV a 8.000 giri/min. Originariamente, negli anni '30, la potenza era di circa 220 CV, ma grazie alla precisione delle tolleranze moderne e all'efficienza dei lubrificanti e dei carburanti speciali, oggi si è riusciti a raggiungere questo risultato.
