The front fascia of the 2025 SP160 has been tweaked to look sharper with a more angular headlamp section. The rest of the bodywork, however, remains unchanged. Unlike the previous model which was available in six colours, the new model comes in a choice of four shades including Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, and Athletic Blue Metallic. On the feature front, there’s a new TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity and Honda RoadSync app compatibility. It gives access to turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and music playback. Honda has also given the new SP160 a USB Type-C charging port. The 162.71cc, air-cooled engine has been updated to comply with upcoming OBD2B norms. Interestingly, the torque output power has gone up marginally to 14.8Nm while the power output, at 13bhp, has seen a minute drop of 0.2bhp. The New Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Cruise Control is offered in 4 colours, with 2 of them being brand new shades. The Kevlar Brown and Neon Shooting Star colours have been carried over from the base variant, whereas, the Matt Shadow Grey and Matt Slate Red are new shades. Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Cruise Control variant is the same 163.2cc, air and oil-cooled engine which produces 16.9PS and 14.6Nm. The bike gets a KYB inverted fork and a monoshock suspension, and rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. Braking is handled by a 276mm front and 220mm disc brake setup, with dual-channel ABS.
