Qube’s 1MW7 Empty Bluescope Steel was the last freight train that anyone will ever film from atop the Albury Station Footbridge, as the bridge was closed shortly after on that day, and demolished between 6-7th of December 2025. The bridge will be replaced with an improved footbridge with higher clearances to allow for operation of double stacked trains as part of the Inland Rail project.
