1 Sweet Vanilla pod
1 1/2 tbsp custard (MILK, EGG)
125ml semi-skimmed MILK
1 1/2 tbsp rhubarb syrup
1 pinch of beetroot powder
1 tsp crumble mix*

What you’ll need:
- Nespresso Vertuo Up Machine
- Signature Glass, Gran Lungo
- Barista Device
Let’s make it:
1. Add custard to the glass and brew over Sweet Vanilla using Coffee Creations mode (80ml) into a glass.
2. Stir well so the custard and coffee are mixed.
3. Froth the milk with the rhubarb syrup and beetroot powder in the Barista device using the Latte Art function to create a light foam.
