Did you know this about San Francisco’s “Painted Ladies”? 🌁 With Super Bowl week here, we’re soaking in the city’s iconic architecture, starting with the famous Painted Ladies. ✨ Fun fact: they are not the only ones! “Painted Ladies” actually refers to Victorian and Edwardian homes repainted in the 1960s using three or more colors, a trend sparked by the colorist movement after WWII left the city covered in dull gray paint.
