PG&E bills to go down for most customers in the new year: Here's how much

Pacific Gas and Electric Company says energy bills will go down starting January 1. The utility company says it's because of stabilizing energy rates. The average PG&E customer could see their electricity rates decrease by about $7 but people living in the Central Valley could see a bigger drop.
