Serve them hot with your favorite curry or chole for a delicious treat! 💚 INGREDIENTS Dough: - 1/2 Cup Warm Milk - 1 Tsp Sugar - 1 & 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour/Gehun ka Atta - 1/4 Tsp Salt - 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda - 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder - 1/4 Cup Yogurt/Dahi - 2 Tbsp Oil - 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Water - 1 Tsp Oil Toppings: - Kalonji/Nigella Seeds - Fresh Coriander/Dhaniya METHOD - Mix warm milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. - ⁠Take wheat flour and add baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. - ⁠Add milk mixture and water to make medium soft dough. - ⁠Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes. - ⁠Divide the dough into 6 equal sized portions. Take one portion and apply some water on top. Place nigella/kalonji seeds and chopped coriander. Apply some flour and roll into a paratha like thick sheet. - ⁠Heat some oil in a fry pan and place the kulcha. Cook at low-medium flame till bubbles appear. Now lower the flame and add water. Cover and cook at low flame for 15-20 seconds. - ⁠Take off the lid, flip and cook on the other side. - ⁠Repeat for all kulchas.
