We will take a tricycle ride from San Fernando City to Urbiztondo Beach, the main surfing area of San Juan. Tricycles usually charge 150 to 200 pesos for a one-way ride. We will check out if there are any new shops and establishments along the main road, then take an hour walk along the beach area. San Juan is a major destination for travelers who want to experience the coast, thanks to the consistent waves and the range of local spots to eat and stay. After our tour of San Juan, we will head back to San Fernando City to visit the Elyu Food Park, one of La Union’s popular night markets with plenty of Ilocano food choices and other options.
