In the name of Allah, the most merciful. Peace be upon you. As you know, I keep updating you about prices, development, and ballots. This video is about the update regarding the ballot held on March 25. First, we talk about the ballot which included 5 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal plots. These were in mixed blocks, including A, B, C, E, H, G2, J, and I blocks. Now, how will the rate be defined? For A block, the minimum current rate is 185 to 190 cost of land for possession plots. If we go to the non-possession area at the boundary where development hasn't happened, keep it 25 to 30 lakh minus. That means 150 to 155 cost of land plus 2.5 lakh development charges paid. For B block, it is 190 to 200, but minus 25 to 30 lakh for those without possession. In E block, the whole block is not in possession; rates are 180 to 185, but for new large numbers, it might be 155 to 160. For J block, we compare it with I block. If the number is small, the plot is 95 to 100 cost of land. If the number is large, the rate is between 90 and 95. In H and G2, locations are not yet defined, so the rate is around 90 to 95 for 1 kanal. Now for 5 marla, possession plots in Prism and G1 are 95 to 100. In F block, old plots are 55 to 60. We set the 5 marla rate at 55 to 60, but large numbers will affect this. For 10 marla in H block, it is 28 lakh cost of land plus 30 to 35 lakh profit and 1,875,000 development charges, totaling around 75 to 80. In G block, 10 marla has 80 to 85 lakh profit plus 28 lakh cost of land and development charges. This is the only place where we calculate everything to form a rate. If you listen carefully, you will understand the calculations for 1, 5, and 10 marla for these new plots. I will share more market updates in the next video.
