Description
In this video, learn how to make a Bluetooth sound bar or box that connects easily to your mobile phone for wireless audio streaming. For the frame, a discarded laptop battery case is reused and cut to size, providing a compact housing for the entire project. Two speakers are installed for stereo sound, and the audio board (3W + 3W output) powers the speakers for clear audio.
To add Bluetooth connectivity, a dedicated Bluetooth module is wired directly to the audio board, allowing you to play music from any phone or Bluetooth device. Both modules run on 5V, so a high-voltage rechargeable battery is added for long-lasting usage, with a TP4056 charging module installed for safe and simple charging.
For battery status indication, two LEDs are positioned at the front: red signals charging, while blue tells you the battery is fully charged. A sturdy switch mounted on the enclosure allows for easy ON/OFF operation of the entire system.
This homemade sound bar is perfect for music lovers who want a portable wireless speaker. Try this project to recycle old parts and unlock powerful, portable audio at home!
