This workout is designed to push your strength endurance and make sure you are ready to work for 4 minutes at a time without resting. Within every 4 minute work period we will perform 2 exercises back to back for as many rounds as we can in the 4 minute work period. After each 4 minute work period we will have a one minute rest before starting our next one. I used my 10, 20, and 25lb dumbbells today as well as my glute resistance bands (linking mine here if you don't have them, we will use them frequently this month!) https://shop.royalchange.fit/collections/workout-equipment
