Description

Kashmir, you have my heart. 🏔️❤️ As I conclude this soulful journey, I find myself at the sacred Mata Kheer Bhawani, experiencing something truly special—authentic Kashmiri Pandit cuisine at Ram Ji Halwai Shop. From the iconic Kashmiri Dam Aloo (made with such precision!) and Rajma to the unique Nadru Yakhni and Yellow Paneer, every bite was a tribute to a culture that is an inseparable part of this beautiful land. No onion, no garlic, just pure love and tradition. But the flavors didn't stop there! I also took to the streets to try the crunchiest Nadru (lotus stem) fritters and a unique "Veg Shawarma" style Masala Roti from a cycle vendor—all for just ₹20! It’s these simple, honest experiences that make travel so rewarding. Beyond the food, this trip has been about the "Magic of Life." Sitting at Liberty Cafe, I was reminded that while many of our plans may not come true, life often surprises us with "Wah" moments we never even dreamed of. We just have to be open to them. A huge thank you to my dear friends Khawar, Umar, and Sarfaraz for guiding me through these magical days. And to the people of Kashmir—your warmth, your "Umeed" (hope), and your hospitality have left me enriched. This might be the last episode of this journey, but the memories will last a lifetime. Thank you, Kashmir! Shukriya Kashmir. Itna pyaar dene ke liye. Itni kahaniyan dene ke liye. Aur ek baar phir mujhe yaad dilane ke liye ki zindagi mein abhi bahut saare "Waah" baaki hain.
