Description
A Premasati Yoga technique known as the Lion Tamer with Ali and Kristin.
Catch us doing even wilder techniques on my exclusive site 😉 Link in bottom of description.
The girls are doing a Pranayama technique known as Lion’s Breath where they inhale through the nose and then exhale through the mouth while gazing upward and sticking their tongues out.
Lion’s breath activates the face muscles and is actually a good exercise for the jawline. It also improves circulation and releases tension in the face.
Lion’s breath also is great at activating the throat chakra and boosting confidence. As you can see, it induces quite the interesting facial expression which, for most people, requires stepping out of your comfort zone.
Simultaneously, I place my thumbs on their foreheads and concentrate on sending positive energy through my arms to their third eye chakras on the exhale. This helps activate their pineal glands and enhances this technique’s efficiency.
