Ingredients
Sesame Seeds - 1 Cup
Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
Dried Desiccated Coconut - 3/4 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Grated Jaggery - 3/4 Cup
Ghee
Method:
1. Take a pan and roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden brown in colour. Keep them aside.
2. Roast the peanuts for 2-3 mins and keep them aside.
3. Roast the desiccated coconut until it is golden brown in colour, keep it aside.
4. Cool down the ingredients.
5. Add roasted sesame seeds and peanuts to the mixer jar and grind into powder.
6. Then add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and grind everything once again finely.
7. Now add jaggery and grind again.
8. Transfer the whole mixture into a wide bowl and add ghee to it.
9. Mix it all well and bind it into multiple equal sized ladoos.
10. Garnish the ladoos with some roasted sesame seeds on the top
11. Healthy and yummy Coconut Sesame Ladoos are ready to be served.
12. They can stored upto 2-3 days in room-temperature when stored in an air-tight container.
13. if they are to be stored for a little longer, refrigerate the air-tight container.
