Nigel Farage is set to make a statement about his "future in public life" at 2pm. The Reform UK leader announced the bombshell on social media platform X. He said: "I will make a statement on my future in public life at 2pm." It comes as Mr Farage is facing intense scrutiny over financial support given to him by long-time ally George Cottrell, a convicted fraudster known as "Posh George", and a £5 million gift from a Reform UK donor.
