Patoc, Dagami, Leyte TERM LEASE AGREEMENT This Term Lease Agreement is made and entered into this ____ day of __________ 20____, by and between: OWNER / LESSOR: Sir Mark Anthony Bitanghol Verzosa and RENTER / LESSEE: for the lease of a house and lot located at Brgy. Patoc, Dagami, Leyte, under Lot No. 7835. TERM OF LEASE The lease shall be for a period of ten (10) years, commencing on _ and ending on __________. RENTAL PAYMENT The renter agrees to pay a monthly rental of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00), payable on or before the agreed due date every month.
