Today I am sharing with you a 1 Week healthy Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan that I follow myself.
Many a times, due to paucity of time or just because we are exhausted at the end of the day, we don’t feel like cooking at all and end up ordering unhealthy meals from outside.
I believe that this is one problem that is faced by all working people.
So to ease the job, what I do is that I spend one hour on a Sunday to prep for all my healthy meals for the entire week.
My 1 Week Healthy Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan is very systematically organised.
This makes efficient use of the little we have in my hand because we do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen and spend more time with my family.

1. Toned milk paneer for sabjis, sandwiches, bhurjis, salads
