For nearly a year, migrants who came to the U.S. through the CBP One app have been living with uncertainty. Inside the Arizona Refugee Center, Executive Director Julianna Larsen showed shelves full of files representing families and individuals who entered the country legally through the Biden-era program. “These are our file cabinets filled with our CBP One clients,” Larsen said. “Each one of these files is a family, is a person, is a story.”
