We’ve Never Seen Damage Like This

What Caused This Truck Fire?! Believe it or not, but despite 3 semi trailers crashing into each other and one bursting into a fireball, there were NO injuries! You would figure by looking at the damage that someone was at least seriously hurt. This job kicked our butts like no other. First, we had the 5th wheel plate damaged so bad that it was impossible to remove. Our solution was to just unbolt it. Even then, it wouldn't come off the kingpin and the mobile mechanic even said it was impossible. After we dealt with that fiasco, we focused on the next semi accident by removing the container from the damaged chassis and setting it onto a new chassis. Last, I tackled loading the damaged chassis to put on our landoll, then was helped by Alex to tow away the semi. Talk about scene domination!
