does minecraft really have an end or a second border they chose not to tell us about

I done this video because over the last 6 months give or take I was seeing if I could see the minecraft farlands using creative mode, as in versions just before beta 1.8 I was able to use the teleport command, this happened to me when I wanted to try and go 30 million blocks past the visible world border but this happened to me. This idea come to me while watching a video of someone else going past the visible world border to see what happens when they went 30 million blocks past the world border.
