You are patient when Allah gives you life challenges. “When Allah (S) desires good for someone, He tries him with hardships.” (Bukhari). Success in Allah’s terms is how many challenges you can overcome in this dunya without falling into sin and going against Allah. All the Prophets of Allah are conflicted with so much pain and hardship because they’re the closest to Him. It is a test to see who truly deserves Jannah in the hereafter.
