(less or more to make pancake like batter) FOR ASSEMBLY brioche buns butter, for toasting buns shredded lettuce 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon yellow mustard Instructions: Mix ground chicken and spices. Prepare a tray with parchment paper, grease your hands with some cooking oil and shape the minced chicken into patties. Lay them on the sheet and freeze for about 1 hour or until frozen.
