Pinangunahan ni MMDA SOG-TFRC Head Gabriel Go ang nabanggit na operasyon kung saan sinita ang isang motorista dahil sa pagmamaneho kahit suspendido ang kanyang lisensya. Ang pagsasagawa ng clearing operations ay alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr. na alisin ang lahat ng obstruksyon sa mga kalsada sa Kalakhang Maynila.
