Description
This Volvo XC90 hybrid arrived at the workshop not running.
At first it looked like a traction battery issue, but after stripping the battery we discovered the real fault.
The problem was inside the HV battery safety box, which contains relays, fuses and power distribution components.
After replacing the complete safety box, the battery was reinstalled and the Volvo came back to life.
