Alabama lawmakers pass camp safety bill inspired by death of Mountain Brook girl in Texas flood

With only days left in the legislative session, Alabama lawmakers passed a camp safety bill that will now go to the governor's desk. The move comes after that horrific flood in Texas last year that killed dozens of young girls, two camp counselors and the camp director. One of those girls was Mountain Brook resident Sarah Marsh. She was just 8 years old.
