I Used Slow Motion to Escape Cops in GTA 5 RP

Today I am going to be escaping and embarrassing cops with the slow motion power! I have the ability to activate slow mo making every one slow around me while I am at normal speed. Making it impossible for the cops to catch me. This was so much fun to annoy the cops. They Hated it!
